1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original label/tag is attached and packaging is intact.

  • The item is not listed under non-returnable products (see Section 5).


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account at www.ellenber.com.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the item → Click Return/Exchange.

  3. Choose your reason and preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or size change).

  4. Our courier partner will arrange a pickup (where serviceable).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.


3. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will process a refund or issue store credit.

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order item.


5. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, and hair accessories

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upload clear photos of the item and its packaging for verification.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund.


7. Rejection of Returns/Exchanges

Your request may be declined if:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

  • The original label/tag is missing.

  • The request is made after the 5-day window.
