Go to My Orders → Select the item → Click Return/Exchange.
Choose your reason and preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or size change).
Our courier partner will arrange a pickup (where serviceable).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.
3. Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will process a refund or issue store credit.
Only one exchange request is allowed per order item.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Innerwear, socks, and hair accessories
Customized or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Upload clear photos of the item and its packaging for verification.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
7. Rejection of Returns/Exchanges
Your request may be declined if:
The product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
The original label/tag is missing.
The request is made after the 5-day window.
